We welcome more technical work that demands expertise and trained workmen. Three story houses with concrete pools are within our capacity. We self perform decorative stamped concrete decks with all the variations possible in that area of expertise. We spray foam the envelopes of the houses we build to allow a more energy efficient structure. We can help with design and structural issues that are best served in our climate. We are involved with ground source heat pumps for many of our house and can make the house ready for PV solar panels that can be cost effective.
